Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day Service. If you choose this postage method your order will be prioritized and will normally be dispatched within 2 working days, arriving the day following dispatch. The delivery charge is calculated automatically on the billing page, once your delivery address is confirmed.

2 - 4 Day Courier Delivery orders are normally sent using Fedex, UPS or DHL depending on your location. If you choose this postage method your order will be prioritized and will normally be dispatched within 1 working day, taking 2 to 4 working days to arrive. The delivery charge is calculated automatically on the billing page, once your delivery address is confirmed.
Orders placed before Midday Monday to Friday will be dispatched same day. Orders placed during the weekend or on bank holidays will be dispatched the following Monday or next working day.
Upon dispatch, a tracking reference will be emailed to you, within the body of your 'order shipped' confirmation email
If you are not in to accept delivery of your parcel the delivery driver will leave your parcel in a 'safe place' (out of sight and protected from the elements) or with a neighbour. A card will be left informing you of this.
